Royal Orchid Events & Entertainment can assist you with all of your wedding
plans and take the stess out of the process. We offer several packages from
which to choose that will give you the best services for your budget.
Package includes services from the day of your engagement through the
wedding day and beyond. Services include:
- Unlimited consultations via phone and email
- Assistance with wedding budget
- Assistance with theme and color selections
- Etiquette guidelines
- Assistance with vendors, i.e., ceremony and reception sites, bakery, caterer, equipment rental
- Rental item returns
- Tranport gifts to ceremony/reception items
- Delivery of final payments to vendors
- Full on-site assistance at rehearsal, ceremony, and reception
- Assistance in choosing and obtaining favors and decorations
- Invitations
The Royal Day
We have designed a package to assist the wedding party at the rehearsal, wedding, and the reception.
Services include:
- 4-6 hours of consultation prior to the wedding day
- One site rehearsal directions and instruction to attendants / ushers / groomsmen
- On site ceremony and reception directions and supervision
- Etiquette guidelines
- Confirmation calls to vendors
- Delivery of final payments to vendors
- Last minute troubleshooting
The Royal Court
Our vendor referral package includes the following services:
- Discussion of various vendor categories and client needs
- Provision of vendor referrals for vendors who can meet client's needs
- Provision of Contact Sheet with vendor name, address, phone number, price range, deposit amount, etc.
- Consultant will set up appointments as needed
