With Royal Orchid
Events & Entertainment you are able to pick and choose from a list
of services that accomodate your budget. For instance, you may
choose to hire us for only the rehearsal and the day of the event. In
this case, there is a flat fee, and an hourly rate for consultations
before the event. Another option would be to obtain vendor referrals,
based on your consultation and budget, for a flat fee. If you would
like for us to both locate and procure vendors, we will organize all
comminucations with those vendors and charge a percentage of each
vendor's fee. We will also work with vendors already contracted
by the client. For those who would like for Royal Orchid to take care
of everything, the cost is based on a percentage of the actual event
budget. Given our experience and knowledge, we can assist in all areas,
however, the final decisions are always left to the client.
